To return a purchase, your items(s) must meet the following criteria:

• Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
• Be in its Original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
• Be returned with Original tags and packaging

Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shape box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

The customer will be sole responsible for costs associated with shipping of returned goods. The cost will then be reduced on the final refund.

Avance Studios reserves the right to reject which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that fail to comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

RETURNS

Simply email contact@avancestudios.com to request authorization and return instructions. Avance Studios does not bear any responsibility for international returns. so for added safety. please do not return any item(s) without contacting us first. Information how to proceed will be provided by us.

Orders that is not collected in time from a service point provided by our couriers and is returned to our warehouse will be submitted to a 20€ administration fee in order to be resent again.

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange please email contact@avancestudios.com for further information. We do not offer free exchanges and any shipping costs associated with exchanges will be charged to the customer.

REFUNDS

Once your item(s) have been returned you must allow 2-5 working days for your original payment method to be reimbursed. Once your refund has been processed, you will confirmation to the email provided when checking out. Your bank may require extra time to process the refund onto your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. Any shipping cost associated with the returns will be reduced on the final refund.
